We have a lot going on right now – both in the Housing Register and in our new valuation service:
Housing register
Following requests from our users, we have now added property name and UUID to property. Do you want access to these fields? Please contact us at info@valueguard.se.
Our new valuation service – constantly evolving
The development is ongoing, and we are pleased to invite you to free training sessions every two weeks starting on April 25, always at noon. 14. Register via info@valueguard.se.
Here are some of the latest improvements
- Search by property name directly in the About tab
- New button in the map to show property boundaries
- and filters when choosing a type of housing
- Possibility to filter by floor (soon also by real estate agency)
- Selections in the table menu are saved in the valuation
- Improved tooltip in the reporting tool
Bug fixes and adjustments
- The stubborn login/logout bug is now solved
- Addresses without numbers are handled correctly
- Text colors in reports are now more readable regardless of brokerage
- The search box now searches correctly around the coordinate
- The field list is sorted in alphabetical order
- Value year is now retrieved correctly
- Zoom behavior in “draw area” is adjusted
- The logo/title print box has been enlarged
