Banks are a key user group for Valueguard’s housing index and analysis of the Swedish housing market. To further strengthen the dialogue with the banking sector and meet a growing need for data-driven decision-making, Valueguard is now strengthening the organization.
As part of the initiative, Sasha Straméus has taken on the role of business developer with a focus on the banking segment. Sasha has extensive experience of working with banks and financial players, including most recently from UC where he worked with credit and analysis solutions for several of the Nordic region’s largest banks.
– “Banks are an important target group for Valueguard. With this reinforcement, we can work even closer to the banks and contribute with even better decision-making data on the housing market, says Stefan Walet, CEO of Valueguard.
Valueguard offers independent housing indices, valuation tools and other information products and analytics that provide banks with transparent and data-driven insights into housing market developments. Valueguard’s analytical solutions are used, among other things, to support risk assessment, credit decisions and market analysis, as well as to provide a deeper understanding of regional and national market trends.
The increased investment means that Valueguard further strengthens its position as an important analytical player for the banking sector.
