Anders Hugosson, Chairman of the Board
Anders (born 1963) is a civil engineer and has worked as a system developer, project manager, salesman, manager and CEO in the IT industry for over 19 years. He spent 16 years at Capgemini Sweden and 3 years as CEO of Sopra Steria Sweden. Between 2007 and 2019 he was CEO of UC, where he contributed to the company’s growth in business intelligence and led the merger with Finnish Asiakastieto. He was also involved in the acquisition of Proff from Eniro, which created the Nordic Enento Group, where Anders was deputy CEO and acting CIO for 1.5 years. Since 2020, Anders works as a strategy consultant and has had several interim assignments, including as CEO of Metria and board work in Eniro Group. He is now Chairman of the Board of Leonh and Valueguard and a board member of Kreditz, Goava and APL.
Johan Bergenstjerna, Member
Johan (born 1949) is a lawyer and has worked in the judiciary and the Ministry of Finance, where he dealt with real estate valuation and taxation. He has subsequently had a long career at Skandia as a lawyer, board secretary and deputy CEO of Skandia International. Johan has been a member of the board since 2012 with responsibility for the company’s legal issues. Since 2003, Johan runs his own consulting business based in Geneva.
Michael Skytt, Member
Michael (born 1959) has worked in Nordea Hypotek for almost 39 years, with the last 10 years as CEO of Nordea Hypotek AB. He was also a board member of Nordea Hypotek between 2011 and 2020, focusing on mortgages and the development of the mortgage institution.
