Valueguard launches new and improved Valuation Service

Valueguard is taking the next step in the development of its popular Valuation Service and is now launching an updated version with a new design, expanded functionality and improved reporting capabilities. The new service makes it easier than ever to conduct accurate and fair housing valuations.

What is new?

Modern design and improved usability

The new Valuation Service has a completely new interface that is more intuitive and adapted for desktop, tablet and mobile. It is now easier to navigate, find previous valuations and manage data efficiently.

More data for better analysis

To provide even more accurate valuations, we have added several new housing types, including farms, leaseholds and owner-occupied apartments. In addition, it is now possible to filter and search for specific types of housing, such as owner-occupied terraced houses and leasehold houses.

Flexible reporting module

With our new report feature, users can create customized reports according to their needs. Select and combine market shares, price evolution graphs and reference sales, or customize the content by adding and removing columns.

Easy access to prospectuses

The service has also been improved in terms of collecting and structuring listing data, making it easier to access brokers’ published property descriptions.

Future developments

As the service is now rebuilt from the ground up, we can introduce new features more quickly. We are already working on several exciting additions planned for launch in 2025.
