This means that the judgment of the Svea Court of Appeal stands, and that Valueguard and its customers continue to have the right to use the HOX index in their reports and newsletters. <\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">The dispute concerned M\u00e4klarstatistik&#8217;s attempt to restrict Valueguard&#8217;s use of the renowned HOX index, which is used by the Riksbank, commercial banks, the Government Offices and real estate agents, among others.
