It is now easier to navigate, find previous valuations and manage data efficiently. <\/p>\n<h3>More data for better analysis<\/h3>\n<p>To provide even more accurate valuations, we have added several new housing types, including farms, leaseholds and owner-occupied apartments. In addition, it is now possible to filter and search for specific types of housing, such as owner-occupied terraced houses and leasehold houses. <\/p>\n<h3>Flexible reporting module<\/h3>\n<p>With our new report feature, users can create customized reports according to their needs. Select and combine market shares, price evolution graphs and reference sales, or customize the content by adding and removing columns. <\/p>\n<h3>Easy access to prospectuses<\/h3>\n<p>The service has also been improved in terms of collecting and structuring listing data, making it easier to access brokers&#8217; published property descriptions.<\/p>\n<h3>Future developments<\/h3>\n<p>As the service is now rebuilt from the ground up, we can introduce new features more quickly.
