What’s new in our services
We will continue working to improve Valueguard’s valuation service throughout the summer. We will soon be releasing an update that includes a number of improvements and fixes.
Among other things, the update will:
- fix several minor bugs
- distinguish more clearly between level 0 and “value missing”
Previously, both “floor 0” and “no value” were displayed as “–” in the table. After the update, these will be presented more clearly, making the information easier to interpret and reducing the risk of misunderstandings.
Improved mobile experience
Following this summer’s update, our focus will be on improving the user experience on the iPhone. We know that many of our customers use the valuation service directly on their phones, so we’re working to make the service faster, smoother, and more user-friendly—even on smaller screens.
Major Update to the Housing Registry
After the summer, we’ll be launching the biggest update to Valueguard’s Housing Registry in over ten years. The update will bring improved data quality, more comprehensive information, and an even better foundation for analyzing Sweden’s housing stock. If you’d like to gain a complete overview of Sweden’s housing stock and learn how the Housing Register can add value to your business, please feel free to contact us—we’d be happy to tell you more.
We’ll be here all summer long
Even though it’s vacation time, we’re available via email at info@valueguard.se throughout the summer. If you have any questions, comments, or need help, you’re always welcome to contact us.
