Summer greetings 2025 and news
Summer is here – and before the holidays start for many, we’d like to take this opportunity to wish you a happy summer and share the latest from us at Valueguard.
News in the valuation service
We have recently released another update package to our popular valuation service. The feedback from you users has been very positive – thank you! Here are some of the improvements:
- Property boundaries now work even when properties are inside others.
- Improved functionality to hide map elements – especially handy on mobile.
- The service now works perfectly as an app via the Progressive Web App (PWA).
And of course, we’ve fixed a whole bunch of little bugs to provide an even smoother experience.
Free training courses
We offer regular training sessions – completely free of charge! The next event is Friday, June 27 at 14. We will then take a short break and start again on August 22.
HOX index gets faster and stronger
In the spring, we upgraded our index factory. It provides both faster production and new development opportunities. HOX indexes are already delivered quickly today, but we are aiming even higher in terms of speed, quality and reliability.
Important ruling in the Supreme Court
The Supreme Court has decided not to grant leave to appeal in our long-standing case with Svensk Mäklarstatistik. This means that we and our customers now have the right to use our detailed HOX index in our valuation and analysis products.
